1. Confirmation of Reservation - Confirmation of reservation is subject to payment of user fees per indicated payment schedule or through written or verbal confirmation with the Booking Manager. Other potential tenants have the right to challenge reservation, with a deposit against the unconfirmed reservation. Original applicant for the date in question will be notified of challenge, and will be asked to submit payment. Should original applicant be unable to pay, date will go to challenger who has already submitted payment.
2. Advertising - TENANT shall not circulate, publish or broadcast or cause to be circulated, published or broadcast, ANY advertisement, placard, or other written or printed matter wherein Charley's name or Logo is used, mentioned or referred to, without first having obtained the written consent and approval of Charley's.
3. Damage to the Charley's establishment - The TENANT will not, without consent of Charley's staff cause or permit any nails or other items to be driven into any portion of the establishment, or any signs to be affixed (TAPED) to the interior walls which would result in the damage or change the finish of the walls, furniture or equipment. Signs and postings are ONLY allowed on designated corkboarded areas. NO EXCEPTIONS! TENANT agrees to pay the cost of repair of all injury and damage which may be done to the establishment or any of the sound and lighting equipment, fixtures, furniture or furnishings therof by the TENANT. It is expressly agreed that the Charley's Bar Manager, and/or the Technical Director shall determine whether any such damage has occurred, the amount thereof, the reasonable cost of repairing the same and whether it is damage for which, under the terms of the contract, TENANT is responsible.

Charley\'s is available for use by the community and others on a flat rate or rental basis. Below is basic information to help you determine if the establishment is right for your event.

• Flat Rate: Charley's and the TENANT negotiate a flat rate to be paid to TENANT by Charley's at the conclusion of the event. Charley's is responsible for collecting all box office sales, providing security, technical and house floor and stage management support. Charley's is also responsible for all event promotion.
  
  
• Rental: The TENANT is responsible for collecting all box office sales and is required to use the security, technical and managerial support provided by Charley's. This includes full use of the house PA and lighting systems. The TENANT may supply sound and/or lighting technicians. These personnel MUST work with and under the direction of the house personnel. A fee of $250 is paid to Charley's by the TENANT at the conclusion of the event.

Each artist or band member is entitled to one free pizza or burger or other item ordered from our evening Woofer Menu. All water and draft beer is free. Other drinks are charged full price.
